1. General Questions

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm shipment

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the Tracking page on our store, just enter your Order Number and Email Address

Can I make changes to my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the contact us page as quick as possible.

Where do you ship? And is it free?

We ship worldwide! 

And for orders of $50usd and up shipping is free! Otherwise, we typically charge a flat rate of $5usd (Unless a free shipping promotion is active)

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. However, it can take up to a couple days when we are very busy.

Following that, it varies by country. However we strive for shipping time under 2-3 weeks for most locations. Although due to the covid-19 crisis, shipping times have been delayed, occasionally taking upwards of 1 month, but dont worry! The shipping industry has been steadily recovering and wait times are getting shorter every day.

If I order multiple items, will they all arrive at the same time?

We try our best to consolidate your packages so that all your items arrive at the same time, however, occasionally items will be sent out in different packages, primarily to cut costs and be able to provide free shipping to many regions around the world!

What methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR. 

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
